Ingredients:
1 bar of chocolate 80% Culto cocoa
1/3 cup quinoa or puffed rice
1 tsp coconut oil
Strawberries.
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with the coconut oil.
Mix the melted chocolate with the puffed rice and put it in your molds.
Put a slice of strawberry on top and put it in the freezer.
Leave it for a few minutes, until the chocolate is firm again, and that's it!

Ingredients:
260g oats
¼ cup unsweetened grated coconut @adecocomx
3 ripe bananas
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tbsp cinnamon
A pinch of salt
1 ½ tbsp vanilla
⅓ cup vegetable oil
½ cup agave honey
⅓ cup raspberries
¼ cup blackberries
Preparation:
Blend the oats until you have a fine flour.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender until you obtain a uniform paste.
Preheat the oven to 180ªC
Grease a container and add the mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes
