Created by Fer Borja, healthcoach INGREDIENTS: 3 tablespoons chia seeds 1/2 cup unsweetened almond and coconut milk (you could use just one type of milk too) 2 teaspoons Culto cocoa powder PREPARATION: Mix the chia with the milk, stir well and let it rest for at least 1 hour or more (you can do it one night before and leave it in the refrigerator) Once your mixture has the consistency of a pudding, add the cocoa powder and mix well. Avocado, cocoa and coconut mousse

Ingredients 4 ripe avocados ½ cup of agave honey 1/3 cup Culto Cacao 1 tsp vanilla Procedure Mix the avocados with the vanilla until you obtain a spreadable consistency, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix very well. Ingredients 1 frozen banana 2 pitted dates 2 tbsp Culto ® Cocoa powder 1 cup soy milk or plant milk ½ cup ice 1 tbsp Culto ® Cacao Nibs Preparation Freeze a banana (1 hour minimum).
