Ingredients:
1 tbsp CULTO cocoa
1/2 cup of oats.
1 tsp of cinnamon.
1 1/2 cup of water.
1 tbsp monk fruit or sweetener to taste
Ice
Procedure:
Soak the oats along with the cinnamon in 1/2 cup of water for 30 minutes.
Drain the oats and put all the remaining ingredients in the blender.
Blend until everything is well integrated and serve with plenty of ice.
