Mole with Chocolate
Ingredients
1 bar of chocolate 80% Cult
1 package of mole prepared according to the packaging.
Tortillas.
Shredded chicken.
Cream.
Sesame.
Process
The mole is heated and the chocolate is added. We stir until it melts.
Form the chicken tacos and cover them with the mole.
It is decorated with cream and sesame seeds.

Chocolate Churros Ingredients 3 tbsp cocoa powder Culto 1 bar of 80% Cult chocolate. ¾ cup almond flour. ⅓ cup of coconut flour. ¼ teaspoon salt. 4 tbsp coconut oil. 2 tbsp coconut sugar. 1 cup of water. 1 egg. Process In a pot, mix the coconut oil, butter and water. Let it melt until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and add the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder and salt, mix and become very sticky, add 1 tsp of cornstarch. We add the egg and let it rest for 20 minutes so that the moisture is absorbed....
s'mores dip
Ingredients
1 bar of chocolate 80% Cult
chocolates
Cookies to accompany
Process
In an oven-safe mold, add chocolate to the base, then put the chocolates on top.
Bake for 15 minutes at the highest power of your oven.
Serve on your favorite cookie and enjoy.
Date bar with vanilla ice cream
Ingredients
1 bar of chocolate 80% Cult
Cocoa nibs Cult
8 dates.
Peanut butter
Vanilla ice cream
Sliced almonds
grated coconut
Process
Open the dates and remove the stone.
Arrange them on a tray lined with waxed paper and use the back of a glass to flatten them so they come together.
Spread peanut butter, serve ice cream, sprinkle almonds, serve chocolate and decorate with cocoa nibs and grated coconut.
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the ice cream hardens again.
