Chocolate raspberry and chia bites
Ingredients:
1 bar of chocolate 80% cocoa @culto_cacao
3 cups fresh raspberries
1/4 cup chia seeds
1-2 tablespoons of water
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)

Process
In a pot, add the raspberries, water and maple syrup. Heat over low heat for 5-10 minutes until the raspberries have dissolved.
Turn off the fire. Add the chia seeds and let sit for 10 minutes.
Transfer to the mold and freeze for 2-3 hours.
Once frozen, dip them in melted chocolate. Enjoy!
