Date bar with vanilla ice cream
Ingredients
1 bar of chocolate 80% Cult
Cocoa nibs Cult
8 dates.
Peanut butter
Vanilla ice cream
Sliced almonds
grated coconut
Process
Open the dates and remove the stone.
Arrange them on a tray lined with waxed paper and use the back of a glass to flatten them so they come together.
Spread peanut butter, serve ice cream, sprinkle almonds, serve chocolate and decorate with cocoa nibs and grated coconut.
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the ice cream hardens again.
