Ingredients:
2 tbsp Culto cocoa powder
1 cup of rice
2 cups of water
2 cinnamon sticks
2 ½ cups of milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp sweetener to taste
Preparation:
In a pot, place the rice with the water and cinnamon. Boil over medium heat until the water evaporates.
Add the milk, your Culto cocoa powder, vanilla, and sweetener to taste.
Mix and let it boil for another 10 minutes until the flavors are integrated.
Once ready, serve and garnish with some flaked almonds. Enjoy!

1 bar of chocolate 80% Culto cocoa
1 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Sweetener to taste
4 tbsp monkfruit
2 tbsp cinnamon
Preparation:
Mix the flour, yogurt, baking powder, and a teaspoon of your sweetener.
Form a dough and then create balls.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 350 F°.
Once ready, dip in a mixture of monkfruit and cinnamon. Let it cool.
Meanwhile, melt the Culto chocolate bar.
